No Mark Bakuhaitou

Teppeki Tamotsu, Atari Daisuke, and Chuuren Potomi are university students who frequently play mahjong at a local parlor called Dora Douraku. One day, a man named Bakuoka Danjuurou appears and defeats both Teppeki and Daisuke in a match. Later, an older man named Inase Kouichi suggests Bakuoka join the preliminary round of the Master's Tournament, one of the top three mahjong titles. Bakuoka uses his skill in predicting opponents' tiles and targeting excess ones, a strategy he calls "Bakuhai," to win multiple titles. Teppeki becomes determined to uncover whether Bakuoka's method is truly unbeatable.
