This manga and artbook was created by Yuusuke Kozaki and released as part of the Hopper's Edition preorder for No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle. The content is divided into four distinct parts. The first section is titled *NO MORE LOSER* and is authored by Kozaki. The second is a short comic called "Bizarre Jelly" written by Okama. The third and fourth sections consist of a four-panel manga by Takayuki Mizushina. Despite its suggestive title, the work does not contain pornographic material.
