Sayaka, the daughter of a shrine keeper, is in love with her childhood friend Nobuhiko. After Nobuhiko's body is taken over by Oda Nobunaga, he lives as a high school student in a time without war, causing Sayaka great distress. Nobunaga's underworld admirers begin to appear, including his follower Ranmaru and Toyotomi Hideyoshi. Amid these developments, the future of Sayaka's romantic life remains uncertain. A one-shot titled *Mariya Karakuri Honpo* is also included.
