NonResistance City

A woman and her son struggle to survive on the streets while waiting for the woman's husband to return from World War II. A dwarf gradually befriends her, though she initially refuses his help. As their situation worsens, she begins to accept his support, growing concerned that he seeks a romantic connection in return. Their dynamic suggests mutual exploitation at times. The relationship takes an unexpected turn as the story progresses.
