NOT/LOVE

A 29-year-old private detective named Daisuke and an 18-year-old prostitute named Bun form an unusual living arrangement. Bun agrees to assist Daisuke with a case, but only if he allows her to stay at his home. As time passes, their shared sense of isolation leads to a physical relationship, with both insisting it is not based on love. The story explores the tension between their emotional dependence and their refusal to acknowledge deeper feelings. Additional chapters expand on their dynamic, including a later period seven years after their initial meeting and a separate story titled *Slave to the Hormone*.
