A 29-year-old woman named Ichiko has a unique condition in which various council members reside in her head, each possessing distinct personalities that influence her thoughts and decisions. One day, while waiting at a train station, she runs into Saotome, a man she had briefly spoken to at a social gathering. Despite her interest in him, Ichiko feels uncertain about approaching him due to their age difference, which leads to a conflict among the voices in her mind.
