Noushou Sakuretsu Girl

A high school student named Ichii Hana wakes up in a cage with her classmates and is forced to participate in a deadly game involving her mobile phone. She teams up with a classmate who shares her name, Inusawa Hana, but has a completely different personality. The game requires them to survive while making difficult choices. One of them declares her intention to stay alive by discarding her current body.
