Akira Seki, a timid first-year in high school, locks eyes with a ghost cat one day and suddenly finds himself adopted by it. The cat can be a handful, but its company gradually makes his days more pleasant. This is a gentle short story about a boy who feels like an outsider among his classmates and the cat that drifts through the air at his side.
