Honatsu begins her second year of high school facing rumors that she is in a relationship with her childhood friend, Toma. She is uncertain whether her feelings for him qualify as love. The situation becomes more complicated with the arrival of Shun Tachibana, a distant transfer student whose presence adds confusion. Honatsu struggles to understand her emotions as she is pulled in different directions by her thoughts and feelings. Additionally, she wonders about Shun’s connection to a past she cannot recall.
