Odoro: Youko to Tanonaka no Hyakkikou Jikenbo

Kondou Youko has unusually pale eyes, a trait she shares with her grandmother. On her 17th birthday, she starts seeing things others cannot, beginning with a child wearing an eye bandage who appears to be seeking her help. Uncertain whether the child's presence is tragic or threatening, Youko meets Tanonaka Kyouichi, a college student researching urban legends and folklore. He takes her story seriously and assists her in understanding the situation. Following this initial meeting, the two encounter various supernatural events. Youko's ability to see spirits and Tanonaka's expertise in the subject make them a capable team.
