Ohoshisama ni Onegai!

Sasahara Tomo grew up acting like a boy, spending time with male friends and avoiding any sign of femininity, despite secretly wanting to be a girl. After a rejected love confession due to not appearing feminine enough, she decides to change when starting high school, hoping to begin anew. However, she soon realizes that her past isn't entirely behind her, as she encounters her former next-door neighbor, Shimazaki Akira. Their relationship, once like siblings, is beginning to shift. The issue is that Akira is now her 23-year-old homeroom teacher, making their growing feelings complicated.
