Shinonome Azuma struggles to make friends in high school and is often mistreated by his classmates, who assign him various chores. He meets Saionji Sai, a new student who claims to have been part of a club at his previous school and encourages Azuma to join the theater club. Azuma agrees and becomes part of the unusual group. His quiet and reserved life begins to change after joining.
