Okitegami Kyouko no Suisenbun

A young security guard at a museum, Oyagiri Mamoru, frequently encounters a white-haired woman named Okitegami Kyouko, who stands before a specific painting during his shifts. Known as the Forgetful Detective, she becomes involved in several art-related cases, drawing Mamoru into the investigations. The two, initially just guard and visitor, find themselves working together as these incidents unfold.
