Futoshi Ono is a student who has repeated a grade and often skips school, showing up with injuries, especially to his face. His peers assume he is a troublemaker involved in fights. However, the real cause of his bruises and absences is supernatural—Futoshi is being attacked by spirits. While he uses amulets and talismans for protection, they offer only limited help. What he truly requires is a strong good luck charm to defend himself.
