Itami, a middle-aged office worker with little enthusiasm for life, joins a matchmaking service in search of a spouse, but with little success. After some time without progress, his junior coworker Sonoda suggests he meet someone through her personal connections. What follows is a comedic take on the challenges of finding love through unconventional means.
