Omokage Genbu

A mysterious man wearing a mask appears in a large urban area. As he moves through the city, he eliminates evil in ways that go unnoticed by the public. He does not act out of goodness, nor does he seek to enforce justice. His actions are devoid of moral intent. One day, a young girl takes notice of him and begins to seek him out.
