Outarou Kiyohime is easily influenced by others. Ordered by the student council president, Nagi, and her twin sister, Hibiki, to confront the "Devilishly Hot Club" for taking over their club room, he arrives to find the club captain, Fiolentina, immediately smitten with him. She constantly flirts, preventing him from completing his task. The comic follows his struggle to fulfill his duty while being overwhelmed by unexpected romantic attention. The story is a lighthearted gag series centered on a high school boy who finds himself unexpectedly popular with girls.
