Ookami Shounen wa Kyou mo Uso wo Kasaneru

Keitarou Itsuki is a high school student who dislikes the intimidating appearance of his eyes. He attempts to confess to Aoi Tokujira, the girl he likes, but she refuses him outright. Believing his eyes caused the rejection, he discusses the issue with his older sister at her salon, where she gives him a complete transformation into a girl. Having no choice but to return home in this new look, he encounters Aoi in town, who mistakes him for a somewhat masculine girl and does not recognize him. Aoi then asks him to assist her with a long-standing issue: a severe fear of men. Additional stories are included in volumes three and four.
