Ooyukiumi no Kaina
Kaina of the Great Snow Sea·大雪海のカイナ
A young person resides in the last village on the Canopy, a place above the world’s surface. A princess from the surface arrives there, and both come to understand their world holds more than they previously knew. The girl agrees to assist the princess in returning to the Great Snow Sea below, where her kingdom faces a threat from a neighboring kingdom. Their journey is difficult, and enemies await them. After the princess is captured and her father is too involved in political matters to help, the girl sets out with a young prince to rescue her from the captors.
