A Japanese teenager named Makoto finds a copy of *Alice in Wonderland* in a library and is suddenly transported into the story. Upon arrival, he discovers he has switched bodies with Alice, while she now inhabits his body. Neither is pleased with the situation. To reverse the swap and return to his original world, Makoto must accompany Alice to Heart’s Castle and confront the King of Hearts.
