Kazuki Hirasawa, a typical college student, awakens inside the body of Harold Stokes, a villain from the game Brave Hearts. The challenge arises because, in the game's original storyline, Harold is destined to be defeated by the hero's group. Kazuki must now use Harold's abilities and his own familiarity with the game to alter the outcome and avoid the multiple death scenarios that await him. The manga is based on a work that won the 3rd Shosetsuka ni Naro Contest.
