Ore to Atashi no Kareshi-sama

A 16-year-old girl named Hanamura Chouko confesses her feelings to Tsukiyono. Her twin brother Hayate, known for being a sis-con, is concerned because Tsukiyono is popular with girls and tries to keep Chouko away from him. During an argument, they fall down the stairs and switch bodies. Confused by the situation, they struggle to understand what happened. Chouko worries about losing her chance with Tsukiyono, while Hayate finds himself in her body. The story follows their attempts to navigate this new reality and the complications that arise from their swapped identities.
