A university student named Tarou is pulled into another world after a mysterious old magician discovers his magical power is 8 million. Using this immense power, Tarou revives the magician, who had originally summoned him, but in the form of a frog. The two then embark on unusual adventures together—Tarou, who possesses abnormally high magical abilities, and Kawazu, the former most powerful magician now reborn as a frog.
