A 32-year-old man named Saeki Kanji lives in a rural area of Japan that is experiencing population decline. After earning a degree in economics and working as a salaryman in Tokyo, he left the job after inheriting his family's farm in Miyama village following his parents' deaths. He quickly adapted to the quiet life of a farmer. One day, a woman dressed in full body armor arrived at his home and asked to spend the night. She introduced herself as a noble from another world and said she was unable to return. She ended up staying with Kanji and assisting with the village's agricultural efforts.
