Osananajimi ga Honki wo Dashitara

A woman named Himari has always wanted to experience true love but often finds her attempts hindered by others assuming her childhood friend Aoto is her boyfriend. After a night of heavy drinking at a mixer, she wakes up in a hotel wearing only her underwear, lying next to a half-naked Aoto. Confused, she wonders if they had a sexual relationship. Aoto is known for being immature and unreliable, making Himari's unexpected emotional reaction to seeing him as an adult surprising.
