A 36-year-old man, standing 190cm tall and weighing 120kg, was bullied as a child and later lost his job, leading him to become a hikikomori for nearly a decade. He eventually left that life after becoming interested in online videos, and through personal efforts at the gym and karaoke, he transformed into an attractive man without realizing it. After gaining attention from an accidentally uploaded dance video, he was noticed by model agency staff and later by a prominent producer. Alongside a 41-year-old model agency director and a 40-year-old former host from his gym, the three middle-aged men unexpectedly began training and eventually debuted as idols, creating a new path in the entertainment industry.
