The protagonist is reborn as Ash, a supporting character from the game he played. In the original game, Ash assisted the main character at the beginning before being defeated by enemies. Now, he must rely solely on his knowledge of the game to survive in this role. Seeking to alter his own fate and that of Mercy, another character he cares about, he aims to take control of the world.
