Sixteen years after a massive underwater earthquake caused most of the world to sink beneath the oceans, a girl named Tatsumiya Minato seeks to attend Enoshima Women's Ocean Academy, a high school located in the submerged world. Despite the changed global landscape, she pursues her goal of becoming a student at the institution.
