Otoko Tomodachi Girl

Etou Shougo lives with his childhood friend Yoshizawa Natsuki, who is male. Natsuki leaves to join a clinical trial and returns as a girl. The change is permanent for a year. Shougo decides to make the best of the situation rather than worry.
