A man struggles to balance work and caring for his young daughter after his ex-wife's death. Every nanny he hires is rejected by the child. When a temp agency stops cooperating, an employee suggests his younger sister as a potential candidate. The sister is staying with her older sibling for the summer and is hired as a nanny. She quickly forms a bond with the child. The man finds himself drawn to her easygoing nature.
