Otonari no Downer-san wa Muri Sasenai

Ryuji Ando, a salaryman, works remotely and finds his routine disrupted by Ayano, a college student who lives nearby. She frequently visits him in a relaxed and lethargic state, attempting to persuade him to abandon his work through various subtle methods.
