Ototsukai wa Shi to Odoru

In a world where supernatural abilities are common, Kamiya Kazato is one of the few without any power. On his birthday, he unexpectedly gains a unique ability to control sound, making him the first to manifest such a skill. His power spirals out of control, leading the Self-Defense Force, an organization responsible for public order, to view him as a threat and mark him for elimination. While fleeing from them, Kazato encounters a group known as "Anonymous," who offer him assistance.
