Otouto ni Koi Shitara

Two stepbrothers, Yamaguchi Masato, who works a corporate job, and Akihiro, a model and actor, are living together for unspecified reasons. Masato had often imagined Akihiro caring for him in bed. One morning, he awakens to find Akihiro holding him, but he has no memory of the previous night. He questions whether the moment was a dream or something that actually occurred.
