Yukino is a new student at Douwa all-girls high, a school divided into two divisions: Botan and Shakuyaku. The two groups compete to preserve their elite status. Yukino, a Shakuyaku student, meets Nobara, who is from Botan. Both become involved in the rivalry between the divisions and take on significant roles in the competition.
