Oujisama no Yume Utsutsu

A prince fell into an eternal slumber four years ago after being cursed. The king offered a reward to anyone who could awaken him, but no one has succeeded. Witch Sayla, rejected and despised by society, becomes the 99th person to try. Unlike the princesses before her, she is not seeking the prince’s hand in marriage but the Sapphire of Illusions, a national treasure.
