Itsuki Seto is a high school student with exceptional talents who frequently replicates YouTube stunts. She partners with Madoka Orihara, a cheerful girl who admires her. Their activities are often challenged by Setsuka Honami, Itsuki's cousin, who attempts to control their behavior. Setsuka receives assistance from Lui Hazama, a quiet individual referred to as her "ultimate weapon."
