A girl living in room 13 of a girls' dormitory is the subject of rumors involving a witch who lures girls to her room for inappropriate behavior. However, the reality is that the girl, Herazato Shie, cannot sleep unless she tells a story about a movie she has seen. Each night, she invites others to enter her room and listen to her recount these stories.
