A high school freshman named Kei encounters a kappa-girl named Shizuku at the swimming club. One day, Kei notices a peculiar salty smell by the pool, and his life and appearance change unexpectedly. He realizes his body has transformed in an unusual way. The story follows the developing relationship between Kei and Shizuku, as the boundaries between the ordinary and the extraordinary begin to blur.
