In an alternate universe version of Berlin during the rise of Nazi Germany, Walter, a confident and fearless young man with ambitions for space, partners with Paul, a determined engineer, to build the flight battleship Kaiserburg. This vessel is designed to break free from Earth's atmosphere. However, their creation attracts the attention of the German military, which becomes aware of its formidable combat capabilities and begins pursuing them.
