A third-grade boy known for causing noise in his Tokyo neighborhood, Magami Massugu, becomes determined to visit Tanegashima to witness a rocket launch after learning his father works on parts for the H-II rocket. Inspired by the event, he develops a desire to become an astronaut. Whether he will achieve this goal remains uncertain.
