Hey is a teenage girl who is infatuated with EZ, a popular singer. She is paired with EO, a younger boy known for his bad temper and poor manners. Every time Hey attempts to get closer to EZ to express her feelings, EO interferes. EZ sees Hey only as a fan, while she gradually finds EO somewhat appealing. EO has an allergy to girls, causing hives when he is near them.
