Tamura Kouji, who once worked with Naoya, returns to Okayama to manage his father's car shop. Despite lingering feelings for Naoya, he is greeted warmly by family and friends, who encourage him to attend a class reunion. At the event, he encounters a man who resembles someone from his past who had a significant impact on his life, and who shares a similar unlikable nature. After helping the man home while both are intoxicated, Tamura begins to suspect there might be more depth to him than initially apparent.
