Mizuki is unemployed and homeless, so he moves in with his older brother in a company dormitory. To avoid violating the dorm's rules, he lives there in secret, like a house cat. His brother's roommate, Toru, initially makes him uneasy, but Mizuki begins to see a gentler side of him. Toru is kind to Mizuki, yet Mizuki desires a deeper connection than just being a companion.
