Phantom Wizard

In a time of turmoil, four elemental spirits govern the forces of wind, water, fire, and earth. Some individuals can wield their power to cast spells, while a select few can hear the spirits' voices and control abilities like "Darkness Rage" and "Luciffis." Twins Rudius and Mattie are fleeing from the Spell-Caster Monks, who seek to capture them for their Luciffis power. After being separated, Mattie seeks assistance from a fortune teller named Kishiru Mishuru to find her missing brother, marking the beginning of the story.
