Piano ga Nakereba Tada no Gomi
ピアノが無ければただのゴミ
Japan has over 1.6 million people who play the piano, but only a handful earn a living through performances. Kanade Tendo, a fifth grader, is the top pianist in the country, excelling where academics and sports fail him. His skill earns him respect and deflects criticism. When Koharu Sakura, a new student, joins the class and becomes a target for bullying, Kanade is assigned to help her with piano. He discovers she has a natural talent. A year later, an event shifts the roles between Kanade and Koharu, altering their positions unexpectedly.
