Ash and Pikachu arrive in Fula City for its Wind Festival and meet Margo and Dr. Hawthorn. Using Dr. Hawthorn’s virtual reality technology, they explore the city’s history and encounter the Mythical Pokémon Zeraora and the Legendary Pokémon Lugia. One of these Pokémon departs and is never seen again. The story raises the question of whether it will return in the film *Pokémon the Movie: The Power of Us*. An additional chapter is included.
