Two Pokémon Trainers, Pearl and Diamond, aspire to perform their comedy routines with their Pokémon in front of large audiences. Instead, they find themselves serving as bodyguards for a spoiled young girl on a journey to reach the summit of Mt. Coronet. The story follows their adventures as they travel together, encountering various Sinnoh region Pokémon such as Starly, Bidoof, Luxio, Combee, Bronzor, and Rotom.
