Poor Poor LIPS

Nako, a 21-year-old struggling with financial hardship, applies for a job at a jewelry shop. After most applicants withdraw when the owner, Ren, reveals she is a lesbian, Nako remains. When asked if her sexuality is an issue, Nako responds that it is not. The comic, presented in 4-koma strips, explores Nako's poverty and Ren's more privileged life, as well as her sexual orientation, without taking a harsh tone. Nako is neither completely naive nor fully aware of her situation, creating a blend of humor that is both silly and amusing.
