Pretty Face

A teenage karate student falls into a coma after a school bus crash and awakens a year later with a new face. A surgeon used a photo from his pocket—of a girl he admires—to reshape his disfigured features. Without recognition from his family or friends, the transformed individual is taken in by the girl's family, believed to be her missing twin sister. Now living as a female, he must navigate this new identity while maintaining a relationship with her, despite remaining physically male.
