Kazuki Kaburagi is an editor who approaches both his career and relationships with directness. He is assigned to work with Ren Tengenji, a painter whose art helped Kaburagi recover from depression. Kaburagi discovers that Ren is more carefree and natural than he expected. As their connection grows, Kaburagi tries to maintain distance, while Ren, inexperienced with love, begins to develop feelings for him. Kaburagi’s emotional struggle intensifies as Ren’s affection conflicts with his focus on art. The tension between their emotions and ambitions becomes central to their evolving dynamic.
